On the side of the battery pack located on the back of the light, you will see a rounded side with a small lift tab.

using your fingers or a small flat head screw driver lift the flap being careful not to use too much pressure.

Upon opening you will see the two flat button batteries, note the position of which battery is facing up so you can replace them as they are.

if you batteries are facing the same direction or the wrong direction the item will not work.

Typically items will have a 3 day printing period for the items to be 3D printed, inspected, packed and ship.

If you order more than 100pcs this may take longer than 3 days just because each bed of printing takes up to 5hrs to print depending on the style chosen.

Unfortunately at this time we do not have plans to restock any LED lights for groups that have already completed their most recent tour.
